Our day-of coordination package is designed to ensure everything you’ve planned comes together seamlessly, allowing you to be fully present and enjoy your wedding day. In the weeks leading up to your event, we step in to review your plans, confirm final details with your vendor team, and align all logistics to ensure nothing is overlooked. We collaborate with you to create a detailed, customized timeline and production schedule, while also preparing for ceremony and reception flow, décor placement, and overall execution.
 

On the wedding day, we serve as the primary point of contact for all vendors, manage setup of pre-prepared décor, and oversee every moving piece to ensure the day unfolds exactly as intended. From coordinating your rehearsal to executing up to 12 hours of coverage, our role is to anticipate, manage, and guide—so your celebration feels effortless, organized, and truly enjoyable from start to finish.
